Soccer- Manchester United of course!
Manchester United won both the prestigiously English Premier League , also known as EPL, and the European Champions League, also known as CL. Last year the Red Devils won the EPL as they were knocked out early in the CL.
Having learned their mistakes from last year, they were able to defend their EPL title and win the CL thanks to their wise coach, Sir Alex. Of course Manchester United’s 23 year old striker, Cristiano Ronaldo, has been Manchester United’s winning card in both leagues.
As an Arsenal fan I envy Manchester United and their fans but as a soccer fan, I am happy that one of the best English teams was able to win the European teams. I personally think the English league is by far better than the Spanish and the Italian league so the English teams deserve to win the CL more often. Let’s hope next year it will be Arsenal!
