Soccer - As I predicted months before the tournament started, Spain won it all and I must say it was well deserved. Spain were the most solid team in the entire Euro 2008 tournament and they winning the title did not surprise me at all.I still remember that when on online soccer forums I said Spain was going to win, many disagree because they said Spain had never won anything in last 40 years and they are often known to be the chokers. And I remember when I said “Mark my words not this year” and it turns out I was right.

How did I do that? I predicted Spain would win because they had excellent pre-qualifying games, more than 20 games with no loss. That is big in international soccer. They had good players such as Torres, who actually scored the winning goal today and other good players such as Fabriguas, and worlds best goalkeeper Iker Cassias.
